I EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND ENJOY LEARNING FROM THE PEOPLE I MEET.

I have a wealth of teaching experience working in a variety of education settings and roles, including as a SENCO in an FE setting and as Mental Health Lead in an SEMH Special School. I hold a solid understanding of the evolving needs and constraints within our education system and am passionate about supporting both students and staff to feel at optimum health and perform at their best.

My experiences as a craniosacral therapist and understanding of trauma, enables me to hold a safe and relaxing space, where deep listening can occur. Drawing from my background in design, I often bring creativity into a session, where emotion can be expressed more easily. Mistakes are embraced and seen as opportunities for growth.

I maintain a daily meditation practice and spend as much time as possible in nature. I feel passionate about community and believe that by reconnecting with ourselves, each other and our natural world, we can help to address the increasing mental health challenges.

Rita is a 5 year old Miniature Schnauzer, a certified therapy dog and most wonderful family pet. She loves nothing more than to be around people, being petted and fussed over and is just as happy sitting indoors for cuddles as she is on nature walks.

I have never known a more gentle animal, she is a wise old soul that has a gift for seeking and comforting those in need.

Miniature Schnauzers are hypoallergenic.
